HSIA PLUS FOR GUEST HELP DESK AND HOTEL HELP DESK


HSIA (High-Speed Internet Access) PLUS provides wired and wireless guest help desk and hotel Internet Service Provider (ISP) support and network help desk.

Guest Help Desk Package gives your guest a dedicated toll-free number with 24x7 support. During an outage, a custom message can be played giving status of internet service. We provide guest instructions and support via [email protected] and will provide these documents to front-desk staff during training. This plan includes monitoring of ISP and Gateway along with notifying the hotel when they are not working. Each room will receive a 4x6 slanted plastic tent card with your hotel name and HSIA PLUS name and toll-free number.
